BrightFox didn’t dare miss the 5th annual Southampton Sweat Fitness and Music Festival at The Surf Lodge in Montauk. There, we supplied much-needed hydration to the thirsty trainees. Featuring classes led by fitness guru Taryn Toomey, 305 Fitness, Sweat with Bec and plenty more, this event blended music, wellness and fitness into an all-day, heart-pounding workout. Hats off to all the folks brave enough to stay active in above-100 °F weather!
